I specialize in new construction, distressed properties and finding the "perfect fit" for first time home buyers or investors. I am a licensed Building Contractor with many plans and "package" services to fit your needs. Have a particular Builder in mind? I can help you ask commonly missed new construction questions. I grew up in Claremont, MN. I achieved the rank of Eagle Scout prior to attending Winona State University graduationg with a B.S. in Biology. I have owned and operated a construction company since 1996. I am married and have 3 children. My personal mission statement is to provide quality services to accomplish goal of ownership and to help create and use equity as a tool for success while maintaining positive experience for all participants. I excell in high stress situations using past experiences and a cool positive attitude. I am very open minded and able to get things accomplished. My professional goal is to help people achieve their real estate goals while trying to improve on ways agents work with clients, creating a more positive experience. My hobbies include: sports, reading, investment properties, travel and outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing & camping.
